Tipper Williams
Tipper Williams is the Operating Principal for six Keller Williams Offices in the Virginia region, collectively referred to as the "Virginia Realty Alliance Group." This group has been named in the "Top 100 Brokerages in the US" consecutively over the last four years. Maintaining the number one position in market share, coupled with an excellent reputation within the community, is a top priority for her team. Beginning her real estate career as "The Rookie of the Year," it was a natural progression to becoming a top producer and ultimately being named "Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate" by The International Estates Club. Her innovative approach to business attracted a unique client base that eventually led her to Sterling Development Corporation, a company formed to develop residential subdivisions with private equity funds. Tipper is a member of Keller Williams Master Faculty and a motivational speaker for leadership teams and groups in multiple industries and at the university level.
